Well it had to happen sometime. Up to this point, our Big 12 quarterbacks were putting up some eye-popping numbers. However this week our offensive leaders had to grind it out amidst some bad weather and more early kickoffs. There were definitely some upsides though, even a newcomer who gave one fan-base some much-needed optimism. Here are the week 8 quarterback rankings. That “Comments” section below is there for a reason! Use it and tell us what you would change.

8. Ryan Willis (Kansas)

Kansas, along with Oklahoma State, had the impossible job of trying to think about a football game on Saturday given the tragedy that took place at the OSU homecoming parade. I give credit to each and every player, coach and fan who participated in this game, regardless of the performance or outcome.

However on the field Willis struggled immensely against the stubborn Poke defense. He completed only 38.7% of his passes and had two interceptions to his lone touchdown. He really just couldn’t get anything going.
