Oklahoma State is asking Cowboy Nation to stripe Boone Pickens Stadium for the first time in school history when Pittsburgh comes to Stillwater on Saturday.

The plan is to strip the stadium orange and white, and the school is even giving the student section free t-shirts to make sure it happens.

There have been fan-inspired blackouts before, but the university has never organized an event like this before. Striping the stadiums has become popular in college football in the past few years. In-state rival Oklahoma has done it since 2012, and will also be striping their stadium this weekend as Ohio State visits Norman.

Here’s a map to show which seating section is supposed to wear which color for the game. Kickoff is slated for Saturday at 2:30. The only thing that could make the stadium striping better is if every fan gets a Mike Gundy mullet at the gate to wear during the game.
