9. Sam Richardson (IOWA STATE)
Coming into Saturday’s game against Texas Tech, Sam Richardson had three interceptions on the year. He would double that, throwing to the guys in red and black three times in this more than forgettable performance. While he would chalk up a 33-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter, Richardson completed only 47.6% of his passing attempts and his first interception came less than five minutes into the game. This would set Tech up nicely on the ISU 32 yard-line. The only way the Cyclones stood a chance in this one would be to not let the Red Raiders jump out to an early lead. After this interception, Iowa State found themselves down ten before they could even blink.
